Lime Tree Farm offers the benefit of getting away from the stresses and strains of everyday life by providing a space in which to return a sense of self, calm, and normality.

Access Statement and Policy

We seek to provide the very best service to all our guests and have prepared an Access Statement which describes the facillities we have at the site.If you wish to disscuss any special need please enquire.

Booking Conditions

We cater for famillies and couples and will not accept bookings from individuals or groups whose activities may not be in harmony with the ethos of the site.

Bookings may be made in the following way;

Using a booking form and pay by cheque or postal order
(cheques made payable to Limetreefarm)

Using our on-line booking service at www.Limetreefarm.co.uk

The person who signs the booking form is responsible for the booking and warrants that they are over 18 years of age and that the party will not be greater in numbers than stated on the booking form.

This contract is with Mr +Mrs PM +IE Foster of Limetreefarm ,Hutts Lane Grewelthorpe Ripon North Yorkshire HG4 3DA. A contract exists as soon as we have issued our confirmation form and you should please check this carefully and ensure that it reflects your wishes.Please inform us of any discrepancy with you booking unless your visit is to start within 14 days in which case you must inform us within 24 hours

The booking is confirmed on reciept of a deposit of 10% of the total amount due  and is non refundable .In the event of a postponment by the you an alternative date may be arranged and the deposit will remain valid so long as we can accomodate that date .

Behaviour Standards and Termination

By making a booking with us you have entered a contract in which you undertake on behalf of yourself and the people in your party to adopt the following standards of behaviour;

To act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us ,our staff,and other guests.
To supervise children properly so that they are not a nuisance or a danger to themselves or others .

You further agree that you will not ;
 -committ any criminal offence on the site or undertake any criminal activity .
-committ any acts of vandalism or nuisance
-keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon at the site .
-use any unlawfull drugs
-create any noise or disturbance
-carry on any unauthorised business while on the site .

Quiet hours are from 11pm untill 7am .Please respect your fellow guests and keep noise to the absolute minimum .

Health and Safety

We take the well bieng and safety of our guests very seriously and will ask you to comply with the following ;

The speed limit on the site is 5mph .PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY.
All vehicles must conform to the road traffic act and have a current MOT and Insurance.
No recreational vehicles can be used on the site .This includes motorised scooters and quad bikes .

Dogs and Pets

As Limetreefarm is a nature reserve we regret that we cannot allow any amimals on site.

General

Open fires and ground level barbecues are not permitted .

Cutting or damaging trees and other vegetation is strictly prohibited and natural conditions are not to be disturbed.This includes tying ropes and driving nails into trees.

The prices listed are correct at the time of going to print but are subject to variation.

All groups must vacate the site by 12 noon on the day of departure otherwise an additional nights fee will be charged .You are requested not to arrive before 12.30 pm

Data Protection

The information supplied on the booking form will be stored on computer for administrive puposes .Under no circumstances will this information be provided to a third party .

Bad Weather

Please note that we do not give refunds because of adverse  weather  ,responsibility to check forecasts and make sure your equipment is suitable is your responsibility.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about anything during your visit please report it to a member of staff immeadiately as we would like the opportunity to resolve the  complaint during your stay.  If you wish to persue it following departure please write to us within 28 days of your departure date.
